All out helmets are handmade in Cornwall, UK. All helmets are made and supplied from our factory in Bude, Cornwall and have been since the start in 1993.
What benefit does being handmade have?
Because each end every helmet is passed through multiple hands at every stage of manufacturing, it is run over by countless pairs of eyes which ensures any imperfections are picked up. Even after the helmets are complete, they are then sent through our vigorous quality control which checks everything is 100% perfect and if it is not, it is corrected before it is sent out.
